Product Details

Reflected on Mushroomobserver.org as observation #571698

Erik's Bonsall observation, also known as "Erik's Japanese Elm" was a mushroom given to me by my friend who had spotted it growing from leaf litter under his Japanese Elm tree in Bonsall, CA. I performed microscopy on it and dried a sample for DNA confirmation. Features include Notched lamellae, orange spores, scaley pileus, partial cortina veil, overall yellow-orange color on stipe with a pinkish-red coloration of the scaley, or bumpy, pileus.

Microscopy use only
